All Souls School Kindergarten to Eighth Grade
Accepting Applications for September


 

All Souls School is accepting applications for the current school year for grades Kindergarten through 8th Grade.

Please come and pick up a registration packet in the school office Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.

The following are the requirements:

· $35.00 (non-refundable) student evaluation fee
· $75.00 (non-refundable) registration fee.
· Birth Certificate (K-8)
· Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
· Immunization Records (K-8)
· Latest report card (2-8)


There are two financial assistance programs (if you qualify under income or residence requirements)
